Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation in Spain. As a general rule, the client will have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal, counting from the moment of receipt of the object of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email) to our address or email that is listed in our identification data. You can use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.
Withdrawal model:
"To the attention of the seller of the website www.pinholeglasses.shop with registered office at Carrer de les Canàries 16, 4º 6ª, 08800 Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelona), Spain:
I hereby inform you that I withdraw from my sales contract for the following good, received on the past "date of receipt of the package":
- "Detail order number and product or reference"
Client: "Client Name"
Address: "Client Address"
- Customer's signature (only if this form is submitted on paper)
Date: "Date of communication of withdrawal"
Please confirm receipt of this communication and return the amounts paid as soon as possible."
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, including transport costs for the initial delivery (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary delivery that we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.
You must return or deliver the goods directly to us, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired.
The cost of transporting the return due to withdrawal will be borne by the customer, which will be approximately the same amount as the cost broken down as transport for the initial delivery of the good.
